18. Now it is time to use the 8-band EQ to eliminate peaks and valleys from the room response. This can be

done automatically, manually, or in combination. To have the unit EQ itself automatically, return to the

SYSTEM RESPONSE screen and select the auto EQ option, as shown:

When this mode is selected, the unit automatically resets all EQs to their original frequencies, and Q settings.

The AUTO EQ proceeds until you either save settings, press SELECT to return to manual EQ, move the cursor

o the AUTO EQ eld (in which case the eld automatically reverts to MANUAL), or 50 sweeps have occurred.
